3 Account Management
3.1 Login Credential Security

3.2 One Account Policy
Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
kl333 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
Deposits are generally processed instantly. Your balance will be credited to your account once the transaction is complete. If there is any delay, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following situations:
- Identity verification has not been completed.
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Unusual or suspicious activity has been detected.
- Account information is incomplete or inconsistent.
4.3 Fund Security

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at kl333, you will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum cap) → Total balance ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving a bonus, you must wager that bonus amount 10 times (wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household, or device.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.

- kl333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program
kl333's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games and betting activities on the kl333 platform are conducted in a transparent and fair manner. Software from world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe is used, all of which are audited by third parties.
6.2 Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless there is an issue caused by a technical error on the platform. In sports betting, bet outcomes are determined according to the official result of the relevant event. 6.3 Technical Issues
If an abnormal result occurs due to a server error, network issue, or software bug, kl333 reserves the right to declare that round or session void. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.
7 Prohibited Activities
- Fraud & Deception: Registering with false information, using another person's identity, or providing fake payment details.
- Money Laundering: Transacting funds of illegal origin through the platform.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain bonuses unfairly.
- Multiple Accounts: One person operating more than one account.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to play.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback claim with a payment provider after making a deposit.
- Minor Access: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use an account.
